Course Description
This course gives a brief introduction and overview to the requirements of ISO 22301:2019 BCM. The main emphasis of this course is to provide the knowledge and skills for participants, so they can appreciate and embrace the implementation of this Management System in their Organisation.

Course Content
- Understand the scope and requirements of ISO 22301 in the context of an audit
- Designing, Planning and implementing your own BCMS
- Define the audit scope, criteria, frequency, methodologies, responsibilities and requirements
- Creating Business Continuity Policies, objectives and processes
- Describe the responsibilities of an internal auditor and describe the role of internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of BCSM, in accordance with ISO 22301 and ISO 9001
- Perform a Business Continuity internal audit
- Reporting the audit
- Corrective action and follow-up
