Course Description

This course is an advanced course to Quality Management Systems where participants will be learning about the key principles and practices of effective QMS audits and gain the knowledge and skills required to undertake and lead a successful management systems audit.

Through learning how to conduct effective QMS audits, participants can continually ensure that their management systems are in conformance to ISO 9001 and that it is enhancing overall organizational performance.

Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable.

IRCA certified Lead Auditor – EMS 14001:2015 Training Courses

Course Description

ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training enables you to develop the necessary expertise to perform an Environmental Management System (EMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During this training course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.

Course Objective

IRCA certified Lead Auditor – OHSAS18001 Training Courses

Course Description

ISO 45001 is the first global Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard that replaces OHSAS 18001. The ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training enables you to develop the necessary expertise to perform an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. ISO 9001:2015 QMS Transition Course

Course Description

ISO 9001:2015 Transition course enables you to gain a thorough understanding of the differences between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015. During this training course, you will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge and expertise to support an organization in planning and implementing the process of transitioning from an ISO 9001:2008 QMS to ISO 9001:2015 in a timely manner.

Course Objective

The purpose of this training course is to help organizations understand how the revised standard will impact their existing QMS, and to plan for transition to the new standard, in view of the changes in the revised ISO 9001:2015 compared to 2008 version. In addition, it will also help qualified internal auditors to upgrade their qualification and competency to the latest version of the standard.

Course Description

This course is a foundational course to Quality Management Systems and provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and concepts of the ISO 9000 series of standards and how the requirements impact the day-to-day operations of organizations in any industry.

Participants will learn about the roles and responsibilities of the auditor and will also learn about the audit principles and techniques in conducting an internal audit using process approaches and risk-based approaches.

As part of our approach to a practical and interactive learning experience, there will be group exercises, mock audits and in-depth discussions during this course.

Course Objective

The course is interactive in nature with emphasis on active involvement of participants in group-work, brainstorming sessions, reflection exercises and assessment of case studies which will result in the participants developing understanding and skills for conducting internal audits for a QMS effectively. At the end of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001
  • Ensure the correct application of accepted audit protocols for QMS
